Adaptive Kalman Filtering for Maneuvering Targets

Developed an adaptive Kalman filter-based tracking algorithm for maneuvering targets: after a maneuver is detected, it shifts the predicted track position and recenters the validation gate, aiming to keep track through abrupt heading and acceleration changes with less computation than multiple-model approaches such as IMM.
